Our Philosophy

For too long, women entering aviation have been offered the same checklist curriculum — emergency procedures, basic service, a uniform fitting, a handshake. We believe that is the floor, not the ceiling.
She Flies Academy was built around a different premise: that the women boarding the world's most exclusive cabins deserve the same quality of preparation as the clients they serve. Our students train inside a working private aviation facility, served by instructors who have lived the route.
The result is a graduate who walks into a Delta interview with the same composure she'd bring to a NetJets cabin — and a network that recognizes her instantly.
