Manifesto
The runway is yours.
When women are taught the standard, they don't meet it. They reset it.
Nashali Rodriguez is a Puerto Rican–born entrepreneur whose career has crossed technology, publishing, and the arts. The common thread has always been the same: building rooms where women feel powerful enough to take up the seat they've already earned.
She founded She Flies Academy after watching too many bright, hospitable, ambitious women try to break into aviation through training programs that treated them as interchangeable. Programs that taught the manual but never the moment. Programs that issued a uniform but never the bearing.
She Flies is her answer — an academy built like a luxury brand, taught like a craft school, and operated inside a working private jet facility. The kind of place where the standard is set before you arrive, and your job is simply to rise to it.
Technology
Two decades building digital products. The discipline of shipping, applied to curriculum design.
Artistry
A painter and visual storyteller. The academy's aesthetic is hers, end to end.
Authorship
Published author on women's leadership and reinvention. Words she now teaches.
Entrepreneurship
Multiple ventures founded. The instincts of an operator, in service of her students.

In her words
"Aviation has always been a story about freedom. My job is to make sure women get to tell the next chapter."
